Fellow computer geek writing; I needed a small part for my girlfriends's computer that I'm building, and I decided to come in. The guy working the front desk gave me the part (A set of mounting screws that had gotten lost) and declined when I offered him payment. He was a total bro about it <3

I cannot say enough good things about Mike at Nerdy Neighbor. My husband is very ill, and recently the screen on his cell phone was damaged beyond use. We purchased a new phone, but I had no idea how to access his old phone to retrieve important contacts and photos. I brought the phones to Mike, and he was absolutely amazing. Although we were unable to fully unlock the old phone, Mike used his technical expertise, patience, and problem-solving skills to successfully transfer all of my husband’s contacts to the new device. This was incredibly important to our family and brought us tremendous peace of mind during a very difficult time.
