I cannot say enough good things about Mike at Nerdy Neighbor. My husband is very ill, and recently the screen on his cell phone was damaged beyond use. We purchased a new phone, but I had no idea how to access his old phone to retrieve important contacts and photos. I brought the phones to Mike, and he was absolutely amazing. Although we were unable to fully unlock the old phone, Mike used his technical expertise, patience, and problem-solving skills to successfully transfer all of my husband’s contacts to the new device. This was incredibly important to our family and brought us tremendous peace of mind during a very difficult time. Mike helped me out a couple of times with my iPad & he was out standing he really came through for me & the last time I was in it was a quick 5 to 10 minute fix and he didn’t even charge me I so appreciated that I highly recommend him
