Introduction

This document sets forth the terms and conditions under which Nerdy Neighbor LLC provides computer repair services to its customers. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this document.

Services

Nerdy Neighbor LLC provides repair services for various types of computers and other related equipment. Our services include but are not limited to hardware and software repairs, troubleshooting, and data recovery.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for backing up all data on their device prior to repair. Nerdy Neighbor LLC is not responsible for any loss of data, files or software during the repair process.

Payment

Payment for services must be made in full before the repaired device is returned to the customer. Nerdy Neighbor LLC accepts payment by cash, check, or credit card.

Warranty

Nerdy Neighbor LLC provides a 60 day warranty on all repairs performed by us. This warranty covers defects in parts and labor and is valid only for the original repair. The warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair.

Limitation of Liability

Nerdy Neighbor LLC is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the services performed.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between the customer and Nerdy Neighbor LLC the parties agree to make a good faith effort to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties may submit the dispute to arbitration.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Arizona in the United States.

Changes to Terms

Nerdy Neighbor LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to the customer. Continued use of our services after any changes have been made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
